Each user, when making their reservation, undertakes to comply with the rules of the internal regime and to maintain civic coexistence.

Failure to comply with these rules will lead to an invitation to leave the facilities in a friendly manner.

ACCESS:
– Opening time at 8:30 am and closing time at 11:00 pm.
– Access is only allowed to motorhomes, campers and residential vehicles.
– Registration is mandatory for all users, adults and minors.

– Pedestrian access under entry and exit barriers is prohibited .

SOJOURN:
– Check-out time is 12:00 pm. After that time, an extra 5 euros will be paid until 4:00 p.m. (if your place is free).
– The user who is not interested in staying in the area on arrival must call the tf: +34 678453109 to open the barrier and leave immediately.

PLOT:
– It is forbidden to occupy space outside the delimited area of the plot assigned to the reserve.
– The use of leveling chocks, taking out awnings, tables and chairs is allowed.
– It is mandatory to remove the awning if they are not in the area due to possible gusts of wind.
– The use of generators is not allowed.

REST:
– Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
– At no time is the use of devices at high volume allowed.

WATER AND WASTE:
– Black and grey water can ONLY be emptied at the specific points set up for this purpose.
– The loading and unloading area is exclusively for this service.
– Washing vehicles is prohibited .
– It is forbidden to throw wipes and intimate hygiene products in the water emptying areas.
– Garbage must be deposited exclusively in selective containers.

PETS:
– Pets must always be on a leash.
– It is mandatory to pick up their excrement, NOT doing so is grounds for a fine of €20.

SAFETY:
– Bellavista camper area is not responsible for lost items.
– Maximum speed: 10 km/h.
– Barbecues exclusively with gas or electric and within the assigned plot.
